Dronfield Hall Barn Heritage and Sensory Gardens Project.

This project will reclaim and redevelop the neglected grounds of a 15th century barn dated to 1429. The grounds will be turned into attractive large gardens with free public access.Over 60 volunteers are being trained to develop a medieval garden, veteran tree nursery, sensory garden with disabled access, heritage vegetable patch and areas for wildflowers designed to attract wildlife. There will also be level spaces for safe walking, festivals and the performing arts.
