Drumburgh Boardwalk 2018

Drumburgh Moss Nature Reserve is one of four extensive lowland raised mires on the South Solway Plain, collectively designated as the South Solway Mosses SAC. Together, the South Solway Mosses support the largest area of lowland raised mire habitat left in England without significant loss or damage.
This project aims to increase public access at Drumburgh Moss Nature Reserve by installing an easy access boardwalk to this rare lowland raised mire habitat whilst minimising the disturbance to the wildlife.
