Dudley - Ruiton Windmill Upgrade

To upgrade the Windmills fabric and contents Phase 1: Phase 1 work consists of: * Building a new courtyard surface. * Upgrading the kitchen and its equipment. * Damp proofing the cellar and making a cellar access safety frame/steps. * Repair/replacement of main and 3 fire doors with high grade security locks. * Upgrading the toilet/shower annexe. * Installing waterproof, non slip flooring to the ground floor annexes. * Re-surfacing the common room floor and purchasing furniture for the room. * Erecting a stairway, a lift for the disabled and sheltered way to the 1st floor. * Investigating the alternate use of the cellar as a water base source of power and/or the installation of a wind turbine on the roof.
