Dursley Rugby Football Club – “Catering Facilities Refurbishment”

The current kitchen is small and cramped, that does not provide suitable catering facilities for a growing membership of the rugby, running and cricket clubs. The required 3 or 4 people struggle to keep up with the catering requests via one small hatch, often leading to long queues. It is very difficult to keep clean and tidy, to meet the hygiene requirements of the modern kitchen, and to produce the quantity and variety of food required. The new design will address all these challenges, providing a commercial kitchen fit for purpose for the requirements of the club and its members.
