E20 Eastenders

The project is to build a fishing club on the Lea River, at Old Ford Lock a few hundred yards from the
main Olympic stadium. The project is working in partnership with OPL, British Waterways, Environment Agency and Thames 21, to bring angling back to the waters around the Olympic Park.
The fishing club is to become a vibrant hub for the revival of angling and the birth of a new
community. The fishing club will provide facilities for anglers and the wider community that will greatly
improve the local area and quality of life.
