Earlsdon Rugby Football Club, Coventry - Solar Panels and Battery Installation (008262)

The project will install a 22.185kW solar power system to cut carbon emissions and educe energy cost. The system will feature 51high-efficiency roof mounted panels, 20kW hybrid inverter, and 3.4kWh battery. It will generate 18,658kWh annually and reduce emissions by 3.86 tonnes per year. It will power heating, lighting, hot water for changing rooms/catering. The system will pay for itself in 5 years and support long-term sustainability. As part of the project, the organisation will also introduce wildflower planting to support biodiversity. The works will ensure that the organisation remain inclusive, affordable and environmentally responsible facility used by numerous community groups.
