Earswick BMX Track Fencing Project

Village youths have constructed a BMX cycle jump course in the village open space with the support of the parish council. In order to obtain insurance against accident claims a ROSPA certification is required. To obtain the certificate the ROSPA penalty points must be reduced by fencing the course. This project will purchase and install fencing in order to obtain the necessary ROSPA certification
