East Common Project, Nr Hemel Hempstead – Play Area Replacement (2906/D)

The aim of the project is to update an existing play area. The existing dated metal play equipment will be removed and the area resurfaced with Eco mulch. A self-binding gravel pathway will be laid. 10 new pieces of play equipment will be installed (this includes an “agility trail” which has been counted as a single piece of equipment). A sympathetic wood fence will be installed to surround the area. The area will be planted with low maintenance plants to maintain an attractive “natural” theme in keeping with the local area.
