East Glasgow Green Gym

The proposed works shall see improvements to a number of public greenspaces in the vicinity of Carmyle. These works will be delivered through the ‘Green Gym’ model, employing a project officer to create a number of green gyms. TCV (The Conservation Volunteers) and Glasgow Life are working together to help residents in the east end of Glasgow to become healthier while improving the local environment. The green gym is the brainchild of TCV and focuses on healthy people and healthy places. Green gym volunteers meet up to work together on improving local greenspaces.
