East Keswick Village Hall Redevelopment

East Keswick Village Hall comprises a full range of amenities including a large hall, a small hall, kitchen facilities, toilet facilities, a bar area, a snooker room and is accessible and has amenities for disabled users.
This project will extend the Hall by creating 2 extra meeting rooms, incorporating computer learning facilities, a new stage and extra storage space for users. The project also looks to improve the energy efficiency of the Hall by installing a flexible and energy efficient lighting system, roof insulation and new plumbing/heating systems to reduce water consumption. Specific project costs include building works, decorating, flooring, electrical and plumbing works, architects fees, and other associated costs including security works and general improvements to the existing hall
