East Leeds Community Sports Club – Changing Room Refurbishment

The present changing rooms were built in 1979 to accommodate 4 rugby teams. This area is now used by over 300 people per week as the rugby club has expanded to meet local needs. The project would consist of a total revamp to include a new roof, new boiler, complete new drainage system, new electrical wiring, retiling and decoration. The building as it stands has a ground coverage of 90 sq. metres. There would also be a requirement to landscape the outside of the building to meet with local resident approval.
