East Preston and Angmering District Guide HQ Refurbishment

To upgrade the kitchen and toilet facilities to meet both modern public health and accessibility standards. Also to improve security and access to the HQ building. This will be achieved by a) enlarging and re-fitting the kitchen with the addition of a new hot water supply, b) refurbishment of the existing toilet and handwashing area to include a cloakroom, c) create a new disabled toilet with a baby change unit, d) new, secure double glazed windows and external doors including shutter and provision of improved disabled access, e) rearrange and increase the number of storage cupboards, f) replace flooring throughout to current UK standards, g) external cladding where identified as needing replacement.
