East Rainton Cricket Club

This project would contribute to installing solar panels at East Rainton Cricket Club’s new community pavilion–the club has never had electricity on their grounds and have made a substantial commitment to being the North East’s first eco friendly cricket club, including planting 420 trees at their ground, so have chosen a renewable source of energy. They commit to offering the pavilion as a community space for the club and village, which currently lacks a non-religious community hub.
