East Stratton Village Hall – Replacement

The project is to replace the hall on the existing site with new hall of traditional construction with brick elevations and slate roof, built to current Building Regulations including floor, wall and roof insulation, double glazed windows and doors and a heat recovery system. The external and internal areas will have disabled access and disabled toilets and baby changing facility will be provided. The usable hall area will increase by 20% with double the existing storage capacity. The provision of a meeting room, fully fitted kitchen and double door access to a veranda, patio and public open space will increase the flexibility of the hall accommodation. The LCF monies are for the foundations and internal and external walls.
