Easterbrook Hall

Easterbrook Hall is a substantial 1938 B-listed building. Previously used as the central therapeutic and recreation facility, part of the historic former Crichton Royal Hospital complex, the hall is within a conservation area (outstanding, likely to be classed as a historic designed landscape). In order to safeguard the fabric of the building, major replacement/repair works are required. Given the age of the building, the work is not maintenance, nor the result of inadequate maintenance, but part of a necessary restoration programme typical of all old buildings. Some of the interior will be re-modelled to improve circulation and access
