Eaton Street Park ‘Community Pavilion Development Project’, Prescot Town Council, Knowsley, Merseyside

This project is for the provision of a Community Pavilion with Eaton Street Park in Prescot. The project will :
• Create an accessible and sustainable modern building which will be open for community use all year round. The building will revitalise a key facility in the middle of the Park.
• Increase the number of people using the Park: The community Pavilion will the support the development and delivery of activities by the Friends of Eaton Street, parents and toddler group, Prescot Bowlers, Knowsley Council Green Space Rangers and Landlife/National Wildflower Centre. This will attract more people into the Park and positively promote and support residents to use the park regularly.
•create a community hub were local people can come together relax, exercise and learn in the park together supporting community cohesion.
