To promote sustainable development through education and advice on waste management including exploring the 3 R's in school, supporting the networking of environmental advice services to businesses and the promotion of waste recycling, advising and supporting communities to adopt more sustainable lifestyles, including minimising waste, supporting wider sustainability issues such as resource efficiency, particularly in community buildings. The promotion and support of composting (especially home composting) will also be an important component of the project
