Edinburgh – Dr Neil’s Garden Pathways

Create safe pathways for public use, sympathetic to the garden. The applicants would like to create pathways within the garden, with no steps, for easy use of wheelbarrows for the gardens and most importantly, for people of restricted mobility, who at present are limited to the areas they can traverse. Providing access route to all areas of the garden enabling young, old and partially infirm to enjoy all of the benefits.
