Elford Village Hall Project

This project is for the reinstatement and enhancement of the grounds of Elford Village Hall and also the provision of an upper floor at Elford Village Hall. The new hall is currently under construction and it is more cost effective to install an upper floor while contractors are still on site. The upper floor will create a meeting space which can be used by the community for a range of uses, including regular groups such as art group. The improvements to the grounds are designed to make them equally well-used by the community as the hall itself. A children’s play area will be provided, plus grassed areas to attract wildlife and benches and planting to make it a pleasant place to sit.
