Elm Farm – at the heart of its community

To promote sustainable agriculture and Elm Farm as a central part of a thriving and diverse rural economy and community. The project will develop the facilities. The derelict Grade 2 listed barn is to be renovated, a reception area rebuilt, to become a high quality flexible space for use as meeting rooms; mini – conferences; arts and ecotourism facility. This will serve to help rejuvenate the community of Hamstead Marshall and support the Education Programme’s objectives.
