Elmton with Creswell Parish Council - East Street Playground - New Equipment

This is one of the older areas bordered on two sides by the older generation and more recent housing. When this field was established, the perceived needs weren't seen to be a great demand, consequentially there is very little play equipment. The applicants seeks to establish equipment for grandparents to look after the under 8's and equipment for the over 9's from the newer housing.
