The land will be purchased and managed for its local amenity value. The paths around the site will be cut on a regular basis to promote access. The site will be formally designated as a local nature reserve and used for education purposes. North Lincolnshire Council will prepare a management plan for the site and using their Local Nature Reserves and Education office organise management and volunteering opportunities
