The project will update an reconfigure an inadequate and environmentally inefficient community space. Works include adapting and increasing the changing space to include additional private changing space (e.g for girls/disabled with shower/toilet) additional wall insulation, double glazed windows, doors and LED lighting making the building more energy efficient and reducing the carbon footprint.
