Elton Community Centre, Cheshire – New Roof and Insulation (008022)

Elton Community Centre is in the heart of the community and offers a range of services for the local community and further afield. The roof is in need of replacement there are visible signs of leakage internally and externally with over 90% of the roof area pooling and holding water. A new roof would make a substantial difference and will ensure that the organisation can continue to provide the community with a warm dry space for community activities without a risk of cancellation. A properly sealed, flat roof, will keep the warm air circulating, making for a better-insulated, warmer building and reducing their carbon footprint
