Emmanuel Church Hall, South Croydon – Redevelopment

To totally refurbish, extend and upgrade a worn out hall to create a fit for purpose facility for community service by local residents into the next generation, with increased space, and proper disabled access. Funding has been specifically requested towards the East Elevation extension.
