Emmer Green Park Hedge Rescue; Part II Kidmore End Road

The main aim is to restore a dying hedge, improve biodiversity and establish a secure and enriched environment for future generations. At the same time, the hedge will help counteract pollution and, together with other projects in the park (which are happening in addition to and not included in this grant) such as tree planting and the establishment of a wildflower area, hopefully protect the climate.

Following the success of the first phase of this project along the Grove Road boundary in 2021 (137171.337) the team are now hoping to restore the boundary with Kidmore End Road.
