Enabling Disabled Access Project (Lift)

The community hall we are responsible for has rooms for hire upstairs, plus a small office etc. We need to enable disabled access to this floor for the following reasons :-1. To assist those elderly, infirm and disabled community members wanting to attend the existing groups that meet in the upstairs rooms. This is both to help those already attending these groups with some difficulty because of the stairs and to encourage others to be able to go along to these existing groups.
The lift will enable the upstairs rooms to allow new groups to start when the other rooms are already booked; this will both allow better community access but also increase our income allowing us to put on more community events.
