To improve the Limestone House Community Centre's energy efficiency & environment & reduce costs: change the ground floor's 3 windows to doubled glazed windows also change all lighting throughout the building to energy efficient LED lights, To convert small rooms 7 and 8 on the first floor to a versatile large room with a folding back acoustic door (If the small rooms are required) then recarpet the large room and the landing
