Energy Efficiency Improvements – St Mary’s Community Centre, Leyland

The aim of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of the community centre in particular the main hall and entrance.

The works will include the replacement of windows for UPVC double glazed units and replacement doors to the community centre to reduce heat loss and improve security. The community centre has two rooms (lounge/meeting room and function room)

The community centre also hosts the Leyland food bank, Leyland furniture store and Leyland FM Community Radio. Windows and door replacement to the foodbank and furniture store have been excluded from the LCF supported improvement work.
