Energy Efficient Hall Improvements

The Memorial Hall was started in 1922, and therefore it was not built using the current standards of energy efficient management. Trustees wish to install an A rated energy efficient air sourced boiler with radiators to the core of the building, install insulation to the cavity walls & ceiling where needed, install access lighting as the hall is on a busy 60mph road without street lights, and to improve the septic tank arrangements as the hall is being used more frequently. This will all assist with energy efficiency and long term sustainability of the community facility.
