Enhance physical access to a geological SSSI at Welton le Wold, Lincolnshire

Install drainage system at a geological SSSI and Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust Reserve in the former quarry at Welton le Wold. Currently run-off water from within the site collects at the base of the geological section. A permanent drainage system to manage the run-off will greatly improve safe access to the geological face for all visitors to the Reserve. This work forms part of a wider project to enhance intellectual and physical access to the nationally important geological resource of the quarry for education, future research and the general public interest.
