Enhancement of Saline Lagoons, Havergate Island

Restoration and improvement work to maintain optimum habitat conditions in the saline lagoons on Havergate Island. Work will include reprofiling the islands within the lagoon, clearance of 3km of internal ditches and restoration of sluices and will lead to the restoration of 60 hectares of Saline lagoon, a UK BAP priority habitat.
