Enhancing Emmington

This project seeks to replace 11 existing stiles with metal self-closing kissing gates; in addition, Waterlands Farm intends to install additional stock fencing on the route, which will necessitate the installation of one further gate, making a total of 12.

the aims of the project are to improve access along public footpaths in the village of Emmington, which is in South Oxfordshire. This project will replace 11 existing stiles with metal self-closing kissing gates and install a further gate where livestock fencing now crosses the footpath. When gates are installed a little bit of fencing (usually no more than 1 metre) is required on each side of the gate to link the frame of the gate to the existing fencing to ensure that the fields are stock-proof.
