Enhancing the wet grassland habitat at Portmore Lough

This project aims to improve wetland habitats at Portmore Lough for the benefit of lapwings, snipe and redshank. It invloves the installation of 1.2km of predator proof fencing, extending open water areas and excavating a number of shallow pools.
