Many landfill site operators are either accredited to BS5750/ISO9001, or in the process of becoming so, or have a quality policy and operate a quality system. Similar quality systems are not always found within EB's. The purpose of this proposal is to provide finanical, administration and other services which will encourage Approved Object funding.
