Environmental Improvement to Community Centre Link Path, Halton, Lancaster

Proposal is to landscape and plant with trees, shrubs and wildflower meadow grass on both sides of a new foothpath linking the village to its community centre. The planting and on going maintenance will be undertaken by the local community.
