Equipping New Horizons

The equipping and refurbishing of New Horizons – a lively, pioneering, multi – activity centre for older people in Kensington and Chelsea – following the completion last month of the re-development, conversion and extension of an obsolete building on a Guinness Trust estate in London SW3 to create ‘ New Horizons ‘ as a modern centre for older people.
