Erection of building for storage of grounds maintenance.type machinery at public use sports ground

Evesham Sports Club, of which Evesham Cricket Club is a constituent, has the only sports ground for Rugby, Bowls and Cricket available for public use in Evesham, also used by Schools. Maintenance of the 26 acre site requires variety of essential machinery including tractors, mowers etc. The present machinery store is quite inadequate, which means valuable and vulnerable machinery has to be left out in the weather, exposed to vandalism and theft. It is proposed to erect a secure machinery store, and share this with a charity whose purpose requires similar machinery, which may generate some rental income to help with the running costs of the ground.
