Eskrigg Green Gym

The green gym concept has been developed by BTCV. Medical research has demonstrated that practical conservation activity has a beneficial health effect and can be part of an improved lifestyle for those whose health has suffered through lack of exercise. The conservation activity is known as ateending the ‘geeen gym’ and Eskrigg Nature Reserve is seeking to utilise volunteers recruited in this way to deliver a range of site management improvements.
