Essendon Playground Initiative

Essendon is a small village 5 miles from any other facilities, with no shops and a limited bus service. The village playground, situated between the primary school and the council estate has outdated and poor equipment (so of which has already been removed). with the project the aim is to remove the remaining pieces (which are approx 45 years old), install new safety matting, and a range of equipment to provide and encourage challenging and stimulating play opportunities.
