Essex Field Club – New Equipment

Purchase of various equipment for Essex Field Club members use and also for use when conducting educational classes.

For information, the Essex Field Club, which is based at Wat Tyler Country Park, Pitsea, is the major scientific authority on the biodiversity and geodivrsity of Essex with a continuous line of research dating back to 1881.

The construction of a Green Centre’ at Wat Tyler Country Park has mant that the applicants have been able to set up a scientific training establishment in order to buld upon scientific and envronmental issues. In particular, the Green Centre will house a room big enough to house 25 studets at any one time for the purposes of specialit environmentl instruction classes.
