Estuary Community Hub, Topsham – New Build

Applicants will build a two-storey Community Hub to benefit 4,200 local people living between Exeter and Exmouth each year. Amentities to include Community Cafe, Library, Exercise Room, Treatment Room. The building, services and activities have been designed by the community and will be accessible to all.
