Phase 2 of this project is to prepare the site on which the pavilion will be constructed. Reconstrution of the building. Renewal of windows & doors. Internal partitions to create changing rooms, toilets & social areas. Installation of lighting & heating. Reconnection of services. Construction of new car park.
