Evermoor Hub Refurbishment

Evermoor Community Hub has a 10 year old prefabricated annexe called the lounge. The wooden floor has rotted due to water seeping in under the patio door and under the floor covering and needs to be replaced. External remedial works are also required to prevent the issue recurring. Joists may need to be replaced once the old flooring is removed and the full extent of the problem can be ascertained. The furniture and fixtures in the room are 10 years old and also need replacing. The roof also requires essential repairs.
