Ewelme Access Project

This project seeks to improve access to footpaths around the village of Ewelme. Gates 1 (on the Chiltern Way), 2 & 3 replace existing stiles ; gate 4 replaces a broken structure and a hazardous metal post base; the zig zag (location 5) replaces a broken structure and removes old half-buried wire fencing. These paths link into a wider network around this popular destination for walkers (of all calibres), which is already stile-free and would render the parish of Ewelme virtually stile-free.
