Exe Sailing Club Replacement of Storage Facilities

The sheds adjacent to the clubhouse are in disrepair and need replacing. The roof is not watertight and the equipment we store is not well protected. Repair is not a worthwhile option. The facility objectives are:- Provide dry storage area for club equipment in an organised manner; Provide additional changing space; Provide a workshop area for undertaking club boat & equipment maintenance; Enhance the visual aspect of the building making it more welcoming to non-members.
