Exeter Cathedral – Quire Floor, Heating and Access

a new tiled pavement and associated works, and a more sustainable underfloor heating to make the space warm for people. Water issues under the Quire are damaging the fabric, the heating system from the 1960’s has failed, it is a cold space most of the year. We will lay a new tiled pavement to complement the Scott floor and undertake conservation and restoration work.
