Exeter Community Centre – New Community Rooms

The project will bring the disused and dilapidated top floor of the building into community use which will meet growing demand and protect the historic building from further dilapidation. The grant will support elements which relate directly to making the building completely accessible for all users : new corridor and ramp, a platform lift , raised room in one of the rooms and an accessible toilet. All items to be completed by Mercury Construction.
