Exmouth Sea Cadet Corps – New Headquarters and Community Space

To provide a new, purpose-built facility, designed for use: (i) by Exmouth Sea Cadets and volunteer staff as their headquarters, on the first floor of the building; and (ii) by other community groups and charities on the ground floor of the building. The ground floor will comprise a large meeting hall, with adjacent canteen facilities, changing rooms and toilet facilities.
