Extended space to provide community amenity

Two storey extension at church building (GFA224m2) to provide community amenity with following provision:-
Large multi-functional reception area, meeting rooms, toilets, lift, storage
Space will provide for regular hire to and use by community groups, church group use, parenting courses, drugs awareness seminars, community computer provision, support of seasonal migrant workers, development of village provision of art and music events, local information resource point, fair-trade promotion.
Project includes provision of disabled access, disabled toilet, lift, hearing loop, landscaping, pathing and security lighting.
